Elderflower MaTcha Delight

2 oz Nomadik Barley Vodka

3/4 oz matcha simple syrup

1/2 oz lemon juice 

1/2 oz elder flower liqueur 

1 egg white

Splash of sparkling water

 

Add Nomadik Barley Vodka, matcha syrup, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur and egg white into a shaker filled with ice. 

Shake well and strain the cocktail into a glass. Top off the glass with sparkling water to taste.

Garnish with orange peel and matcha tea. Enjoy!

 

Matcha simple syrup

Bring to a boil 250ml water and 250ml sugar. Add one tea spoon of high quality matcha green tea. Simmer for a few minutes. Strain through a fine sieve.

Cool Lime heat

2 oz Nomadik Barley Vodka

1 oz lime juice

1 oz jalapeño syrup

Few cilantro leaves

 

Stir ingredients with ice to chill, serve in a glass with a large ice cube.

Garnish with a piece of jalapeño and enjoy!
 


Jalapeño syrup

Bring to a boil 250ml water and 250ml sugar with 1 jalapeño (only use half the seeds).

Simmer for a couple of minutes. Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.

Cucumberlime

2 oz Nomadik Barley Vodka 

1 oz mint simple syrup

3/4 oz cucumber juice

1/2 oz celery juice 

Few drops of lime bitters

 

Shake stir ingredients with ice to chill, Garnish with a basil leaf and enjoy!

 

Mint simple syrup

Bring to a boil 250ml water and 250ml sugar. Add a bunch of mint leaves.

Simmer for a couple of minutes. Strain through a fine sieve.

 

Cucumber or celery juice

Use a mortar and pestle to mash up cucumber (or a blender). Strain through a fine sieve.
